Chargehand scaffolder Advanced scaffolderScaffold SupervisorOpito approved scaffolding competence assessorDuties include Daily.planning,coordination, monitoring and inspection of all scaffold work scopes relating to the development of the scaffold project I am tasked with coordinating and liaising with scaffold force to ensure all work scope is finished in a timely fashion and recorded in the various tracking tools provided It is my responsibility to manage the work force and ensure all scaffold work scope is carried out as per the clients specification and procedures without waiver from Site standards.All scaffold work to be carried out in compliance to pre-qualification standards.I am tasked with resolving and consulting with the client and onshore management/support team to ensure implementation of the specified scaffold systems are adhered to throughout and to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with contractual requirements. Problem solving has become a frequent occurrence but is something I consider a strong point and enjoy finding a positive solutions to problematic scenarios.Other duties and responsibilities include: The job specific work packs including the development of method statements / risk assessments liaising with the safety teams to ensure safe and efficient working environment for the work force Procurement of materials that's required to carry out the work scope and job the at hand.
