Attend and manage Ship to Ship operations at Southwold, dry cargo operations at Harwich and tanker operations at Ipswich port.January 2011 - December 2015Set up the logistics team at Felixstowe, mainly focusing on the Ocean Import product. Set up GAC consolidation service from Far East which included moving to a 28,000sqft warehouse providing in-house destuffing and warehouse operations.Worked with sales team to assist in securing numerous key accounts for GAC Logistics UK.Set up large scale pick and pack operation in China.Headed negotiations with shipping lines, road hauliers and Consolidators.Managed team which consistently ranked as one of the best performing in U.K, with year on year growth resulting in 80% increase in operating income in 3 years.
