Pretty much the same as previous position with nTelos. nTelos split wireless and wireline at which time the wireline division became Lumos Networks.- Troubleshooting customer issues and assisting the team with escalations to ILECs (Verizon, Frontier, & AT&T) related to ordering voice and data circuits and number port-ins and port-outs.- Assist with and Lead projects that require involvement from the CLEC Ordering Team.- Assist with Supervision of the CLEC Ordering Team.

- The department is responsible for ordering and voice and data circuits from other telecom carriers (Verizon, Frontier, AT&T, etc.) to provide voice and data services to business and residential customers. We also request number ports from the other carriers when a customer requests to bring their phone services to Ntelos.- My position involves resolving problematic and time consuming issues involving other carriers or internal issues.- As "Lead" I'm responsible for assisting with supervision, training the department, and helping my team resolve issues with the orders they are submitting.
