• Managed 3 project managers, in a full software implementation of Veeva's Clinical Suite (CTMS, eTMF) + developed a custom Electronic Data Capture (EDC) tool specific to Dental Clinical Research Forms (CRFs) in a 4 month timeframe and saving $200K+.• Implemented a global ingredient labelling solution to help generate the list of ingredients from formulation data taking into account regional regulatory rules, and then integrate to the packaging artwork and eCommerce systems. • Lead the development of 28 custom reports in Web Dynpro and Adobe LiveCycle in 4 months. • Supported the global implementation of SAP's Recipe Development on HANA, specifically with migration, end to end testing, and go-live activities.

• Improved global project planning application by filtering results to reduce memory usage per user from 1.5Gb to 300Mb• Re-developed custom SAP programs introducing CDS views to push logic to the database layer and enhancing performance from ~20minutes to ~ 8 seconds.

• Advised 5 assistant directors, planning and executing 30 events such as Scarlet Harvest, Indoor Ice Skating, and Homecoming Bed Races an event where teams race beds for charity.• Responsible for an $85,000 dollar budget, distributed amongst 30 large and small scale events throughout the year.• Ensure all rules and regulations of university and facilities are being abided by.• Led an organization of 45 students, motivating individuals and striving for success.• Succeeded at executing extensive events through hard work and dedication.
