NPSG provides construction management services as well as direct install for large distribution centers all over the nation. We will be expanding our services in Canada, Mexico, and Europe during 2017.

It has been my pleasure to take on the challenge of growing the Titan Maintenance Department as of February 2014. It has been exciting, creating all the processes needed for our department to be successful. (billing procedures, time keeping systems, work order request, work order tracking, inventory tracking, uniform standards, communication and meeting rhythms, organizing and creating new streams of revenue like, gate maintenance, and pressure washing. As well, I have been creating job descriptions, new hire procedures, and rolling out new positions within our department.) I have been creating and cultivating a well trained, well organized team that can handle the current 120+ communities we oversee, as well as handle our expected growth to 200+ communities by the end of 2015. Within the first 8 months of my venture here at Titan, we have grown from a team of (1)one, to a team of (9)nine. I look forward to the growth and opportunities ahead.

As an Account Manager for Towne Park we are responsible for the relationship and management of the account with our hotel client. The hiring and discipline of our team, the teams morale and culture, forecasting and revenue enhancement, training and development, as well as being the face of Towne Park for possible new business. Towne Park is a fast growing company that has a wonderful culture and grows its talent from within.

As a Small Business Brokerage Agent, my primary goal and responsibility was to guide buyers and sellers through the process of a business sale. This includes the listing of businesses for sale, as well as seeking out opportunities for a potential buyer. Contracts are drawn up or delegated to an attorney for both the listing and sale of the business. Buyers and Sellers are advised and guided through a due-diligence period, earnest money deposits, and all closing arrangements. Many business buyers purchase businesses for the purpose of obtaining an E-2 Visa. This requires correspondence with various visa departments across the globe. I met many interesting and ambitious people during my time as an agent. I still maintain friendships to this day with families whom I assisted in the purchase of a business or home in the United States.
