With a robust background in Oracle E-Business Suite, my role as a Sr. Support Engineer at Rimini Street has been instrumental in providing advanced level 4 support, which encompasses hands-on analysis, debugging, and performance tuning. As a Primary Support Engineer, I assumed additional responsibilities; working closely with more than a dozen clients to ensure satisfaction through effective problem resolution, case review meetings, reliable communication, and proactive advice. My expertise in EBS versions 10, 11, and 12 facilitates a deep understanding of the client's needs, allowing for tailored and efficient solutions.Previously as Principal Developer at SGS, my drive for continuous improvement contributed significantly to the creation of:1) a single configurable FA account generator reused for dozens of subsequent implementations, 2) a multi-party intercompany solution to generate intercompany AP and AR transactions that reduced workload and errors allowing for greater compliance with agreed practices, 3) an APEX-based "Order board" for Order Management that facilitated order management and execution (fulfillment of service) without additional EBS license costs. 4) an approved project to implement a DevSecOps solution supported by a detailed analysis of the total cost of ownership that provided decision makers clear evidence of ROI and payback period. 5) a sophisticated mechanism to ensure correct pricing and accounting of multiple pricing models, discounts, accruals, and surcharges.My involvement extended to developing custom solutions for EBS and guiding significant upgrades, such as migrating to Ebusiness Suite 12.2.10 and Database 19c. In this role, I took on additional responsibilities, including the communication and oversight of work performed by offshore consultants. Again, I drove innovation to create methods for analysis of changes and their presence or absence in a given filesystem or archive.
