• Worked with mechanical team to model CubeSat parts and assemblies in CAD program (SolidWorks), 3D printed models for design verification and tolerance testing• Set up and operated lab’s personal CNC milling machine (Tormach PCNC 440) • Integrated CAM software (SprutCAM) with CNC mill to manufacture CubeSat parts out of aluminum and Delrin® that met NASA’s CubeSat tolerance requirements • Compiled comprehensive onboarding document for future mechanical engineering fellowship awardees
