I was approached by the Managing Director to oversee all production matters and the general running of the company, to free his time to enable him to concentrate on the company’s sales portfolio in an effort to increase turnover, Having implemented a new production, planning and quality control system the company’s turnover increased on a monthly basis. Responsible for 20 staff across printing and finishing equipment. With my sound technical knowledge I was able to streamline production across the board and change a dusty working environment into a clean and more productive factory. Although I was not directly responsible, my expertise was called upon many times to assist in the production needs in the digital department helping work flow smoothly through the 2 HP Indigos and associated finishing equipment.
