Worked on improvements to M & T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens in downtown Baltimore, MD. Phase I of the project included installation of new 4k video boards including new structural steel as well as new ribbon boards around the stadium. Phase II included construction of new vertical circulation towers with 14 new escalators and 4 new elevators as well as additional suites and video boards in the upper deck. All phases include strengthening structure and foundation to accommodate the load changes associated with the new construction.

Project includes renovation of existing space and an addition of a pre-engineered metal building with an indoor turf field. Primary responsibilities include documenting work to complete, coordinating punchlist completion, writing and submitting RFIs, working with engineers and architects to seek solutions to constructability issues, and communicating with subcontractors to ensure that the project schedule is being met and space is ready for owner walk-through and turnover.
