With over six years of work experience in sports coaching and education, I am a passionate and dedicated Lecturer of Sport and Course Manager at Moulton College. I have a Master's degree in Professional Practice in Sports Coaching, and I am committed to enhancing the learning and development opportunities for students and athletes. I have a strong background in coaching basketball, having worked with professional, national, and regional teams. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues, students, and external partners to create engaging and innovative curricula and programs that reflect the latest trends and best practices in the sports industry.As a Lecturer of Sport, and Course Manager at Moulton College, I teach and manage various modules and courses related to sports coaching, performance, psychology, and leadership. I also conduct internal verification and quality assurance for the assessment and delivery of the courses.Additionally, I have co-authored and implemented the pathway game model, the stage and age tactical foundations, and the club stage and age curricula for the Plymouth Raiders Basketball Club, where I was also the Professional Team Lead Assistant Coach and the Performance Pathway Manager. In these roles, I applied my skills in mentoring, presentations, interpersonal communication, and analysis to support the development and achievement of the players and the club.
