Azure Pipelines (whole team moved from Microsoft to GitHub):- Tech lead for our vendor team responsible for managing our pipelines task infrastructure, libraries, and build agents- Responsible for our service's deployment process. Led several key improvements to reduce incidents caused by deployments and reduce deployment driver burnout- Built out a number of key features, including the ability to convert our legacy builds to our new feature-rich yaml builds, the ability to view your final compiled yaml in a "what-if" scenario, a customer facing pool analytics dashboard, and replatforming our build logs to a new service- On a loop of 10 engineers responsible for being on call for our service (worked on by ~100 engineers)

Ran point on the 3 day migration from the product group side. - Built a tool to automate the detection of image related latency inefficiencies in Search.- Used this tool to detect hundreds of errors, including 12 appearing in the top 20 most popular queries. - Personally corrected 6 such errors, reducing average Search Latency by ~15 ms. Since Google serves ~40,000 queries per second, equates to ~5 million user hours saved per year.

- Built and published an application for hibernating computers when the user’s phone is out of range using Java, Swift, C#, and SQL (with an Azure cloud-hosted backend). The application saves around $50 of power per computer per year.

- Worked on a team of 3 to build a forecasting intranet application to allow managers to generate budgeting predictions- Personally wrote the entire backend and about half of the frontend. I used C# (with .NET), JavaScript, and SQL. The application is in use and saves $53,560 per year.
