8+ years experience in production within the manufacturing industry with a successful track record of 5S and Kaizen implementation. First hand experience in product development and implementation into an expanding production department operating with lean manufacturing. Strengths include the ability to create structure and organisation within a busy department in line with the strategies and objectives of a growing company.A strong ability to solve problems via root cause analysis accompanied with analytical research and assessment. As well as the above i pride myself on having a strong ability to manage and engage with a large scale, high performing team which in turn enables the department to get the best results from its people as well as it’s projects.
