Development and management of operating budgets, including obtaining and complying with federal Clean Air Act grants, such as work plan development, progress reports, and budget tracking.

Comments submitted on the Tribal Minor New Source Review Oil and Gas Federal Implementation Plan and the BLM’s Natural Gas Venting and Flaring Rule. Frequently interact with high level Tribal Officials, Tribal legal counsel, stakeholders, state and federal agencies on air quality issues. Provide technical advice on current and proposed air quality projects involving complex technical and legal issues, and developing corrective measures in Settlement Agreements to bring regulated sources back into compliance with Clean Air Act emission standards.
