As Northeast Campus Manager: Responsible for the overall operations of the facilities department, 8 buildings, one outreach center, 80 plus acres. Managed all full service contracts. Managed, trained and directed staff of 10, plus the contract janitorial service staff of 16. Managed and supervised all construction and remodel projects. Supervised the renovation of the Educational Outreach Center and the Air Traffic Control Center located at the TTC airport Facility. Supervised and managed the design and replacement of all the gas lines at the Northeast campus.
