Inventory Control ManagerResponsibilities:-Coordinates all Semi-Annual Cycle Count requirements are met and signed off on.-Maintains organization of inventory within the building to ensure integrity of our on hand product.-Slotting – Facilitates set up of new skus/programs within the operation.-Accurate Product Cube & Weight.-Pick Lane Set-Up/Maintenance. (Min/Max effectiveness)-Appropriate stock levels to minimize on-demand replenishment.-Inventory Sku Cube Maintenance.-Evaluate outbound shipping cartons to determine accuracy.-New sku set up. DC Floor SupervisorResponsibilities:-Supervise and manage 30 to 35 employees-Conduct hiring, firing and training of all department personnel-Maintain production, quality and customer service goals for department-Sense of urgency to meet deadlines-Set production goals and maintain them by controlling the correct level of workflow into an automated -Review processes and procedures for improvement opportunities -Perform daily maintenance and backups to computer system-Monitor computer system to ensure all areas are flowing and there are no issues that are congesting the system. -Conduct regular meetings with personnel about safety and production goals-Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF control devices.-Experience in Shipping, Receiving, and Picking processes.
