Leveraged the theater level movement assets from six nations to move over 215 UIC’s consisting of 10,000 pieces of equipment moving to nine training areas in three countries during DEFENDER 20. Highly efficient in providing cross component and multi-national guidance to partners nations. Technical aptitude and ability to anticipate requirements during extremely high operational tempo during multiple exercises. Identifies planning shortfalls and recommends appropriate mitigation measures with sound judgment and keen decision making to analyze solutions. Develops, coordinates, and executes strategic movement requirements for the Division, on all surface, air, and ground movements ensuring rapid worldwide deployment as the Mobility JOPES action officer. Focused on validating and prioritizing all level movement of supply, personnel, and equipment, while maintaining in-transit visibility of all critical and sensitive items. Coordinated with CDDOC, TRANSCOM, ARCENT, and CENTCOM to synchronize movements in support of operations within the CENTCOM AOR. Maintained visibility of movements along a 1,400 mile ground line of communication (GLOC) through the distribution pipeline. Planned and coordinated the movement of customer units to ensure compliance with surface transportation requirements inherent to moving military cargo of over 9,000 Soldiers, and 1000 pieces of equipment for Operation Spartan Shield, Operation Inherent Resolve, Operation Freedom Sentinel, and the USARPAC Korea rotation. Expedited strategic air and surface cargo for the theater in support of deployment/redeployment timelines, synchronizing the flow and priority of inbound cargo for the Combined Joint Operational Area - Iraq (CJOA-I) as mission dictated. Impacted the redistribution, deployment, redeployment, and sustainment of assets for over 18 nations within the AOR.

Provides detailed Strategic and theater specific planning guidance, execution and oversight to six Battalions and five separate companies totaling 4,100 personnel, (322 Stryker’s, and over 1,500 major end items. Develops, coordinates and executes strategic movement requirements for rapid worldwide deployment. Responsible for the deployment/redeployment of Brigade units in support of PACOM directed exercises and various unit training exercises to the National Training Center, the Joint Readiness Training Center and Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA). Validated out load procedures for a Contingency Response Force (CRF) under 72hrs. Coordinated rail movements for equipment from long Beach California reducing the need of line haul. Developed vessel load plans for Logistical support vessels (LSV) as the most efficient mode of transportation saving the division more than half a million dollars in barge costs. Coordinated with echelons above brigade and joint services on multiple Deployment Readiness Exercises and Pacific Pathways. Coordinated with Joint Movement Control Center (JMCC) on intra-theater movement. Leveraged joint community to assist with retrograding equipment. Trained 90 soldiers on the use of the Multi Deployment Facility with focus on systems and process to increase deployment readiness. Coordinated the largest movement of cargo out of Pier 8 in Korea which paved the way for future Pathway exercises and greatly reduced the cost of transportation and material handling equipment at each node. Coordinated with agencies such as Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), Installation Transportation Office (ITO), Army Material Command (AMC) and civilian vessel and Barge companies to expedite the movement of the Brigade. Brigade Contracting Officer Representative. Prepared vehicles for transport, developed load plans for vessel and Air as well as convoy procedures.

Performs supervisory and management duties as a transportation planner for 3rd SFG (A). provides logistic support plans, transportation operations guidance and assistance for Special Forces units to forward deployed operations. Develops and implements movement control processes and procedures consistent with the Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) providing logistic support plans and guidance. Maintains equipment valued in excess of $1.2 million. Deployed to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) in support of Combined Joint Special Forces Task Force- Afghanistan (CJSOTF-A). Supervised both Intra-Theater air operations and Task Force 33 re-deployment back to Fort Bragg. Managed critical monthly re-supply aircrafts that provided $3 million of mission essential sustainment to CJSOTF-A. Utilized Automated systems to create Time Phased Force Deployment Data, Unit line numbers, manifests and load plans for strategic Airlift of equipment valued at over $5 million. Conducted pre-customs brief and inspections of 90 containers and 300 personnel. Remained flexible and mission focused during multiple contingency operations in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Emphasized on safety and composite risk management during ADAC/G Operations resulting in no injuries or accidents.

Battalion Ammunition, and land management NCO for 330th Movement Control Battalion (MCB), Responsible for the management, coordination and forecasting of all ammunition and land requests of nine units within the Battalion and a Budget of $125,000 during 1st and 2nd quarter of Fiscal year. Provided training on heavy Weapons, and marksmanship instruction for the Battalion as well as coordinated Convoy Live Fire Exercise’s for 400 Soldiers in ensuring Wartime readiness by effectively allocating and executing a deployment readiness budget plan worth over $6,000,000 in preparation for deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 07-09.Deployed to OIF 07-08 for 15 months as the Division Support Team NCOIC; responsible for synchronizing and executing transportation logistics in the Multi-National Division North area of Operations. Utilized Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3), Single Mobility System, Joint Operational Planning and Execution System, Inter-Theater Airlift Requests System (ITARS) and the Global Tracking Network for over 7,200 pieces of equipment and for both 25th Infantry Division and 1st Armored Division valued at an estimated $83,000,000. Liaison between the Air Force and Brigade Combat Teams for airlift of more than 32,000 Soldiers. Maintained war fighting capabilities of six Brigade Combat Teams by coordinating assets to retrograde 120 Battle loss/ battle Damage Vehicles. Coordinated movement for over 1,500 pieces of equipment estimated over $750,000,000 and more than 3,900 Soldiers for the redeployment of 4/2 ID BCT.Served as the Contracting Officer Representative for 1st AD Common User Land Transportation (CULT) contract monitoring and controlling expenditures worth over $140,000. Was the Field Ordering Officer (FOO) for logistical needs on emergency supplies for the Company ensuring over $3000 worth of critical supplies and equipment were promptly attained.
