I have a 19 year proven track record in Project Management, holding PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, Certified Agile Scrum Master, and ITIL v3 Foundation accreditations and Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Certification.I am a people person, excelling in cross-team and customer communications, enthusiastically looking at new ways to provide outstanding project delivery.Communication to both team and stakeholders and customer focus are key to my work ethos, and I like to think these show through during my project work. I have worked on a variety of projects, from software deployments, Managed Print Service deployments through to large Network Infrastructure projects and more recently, SAP deployments projects in the Finance area, and Dyson's SD-WAN Global Network Deployment working with strategic partners and internal IT resource. In each I have been responsible for managing and tracking a project through its full life-cycle, from Project Scope and Requirements Gathering through to closure and operational handover. I am proficient in PlanView Enterprise One, MS Project, MS Teams, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence and MS Office and confident working with all range of people from highly skilled technical staff through to senior leadership and stakeholders.
