1. Align with Hager global Marketing Communication strategy, develop local Marcom strategy and plan, based on deep understanding of business trend, to reinforce the brand leading position in target markets; 2. Collaborate with internal and external resources to drive these plans to completion with high quality, which include events, digital promotion, off-line advertising, PR, communication tools i.e. printing/video/show room/demo case/ souvenir etc… 3. Being a key role in new products launching in China Market and the successful cases include the new ACB launching, which achieved sales growth of more than 30% for two consecutive years, and sales in 2017 were 70 million RMB; 4. Participate in global communication projects, and many Chinese projects have become exemplary models in the Asia Pacific region; 5. Apply and implement Corporate Visual Identity System in China Market to ensure the consistent communication of brand image; 6. Build and implement the internal communication system for brand culture, so that each employee becomes a brand ambassador at Hager; 7. Guide, coach and inspire team members to achieve excellent performance; 8. Keep optimizing resources (expenditure, human resources, vendors) utilization and management and work closely with cross functional teams to optimize the marcom initiatives.
