From 2000 to 2007, Danny assumed concurrent roles as the Head of Agency and Head of Retail, responsible for the team’s performance. In 1999, Danny set up KF Estate Management, a subsidiary which focuses on property management for strata-titled residential condominium projects. In 2006, he spearheaded the formation of KF Shopping Centre Management, a service company managing shopping malls locally and overseas. As of 2016, the two entities merged to become Knight Frank Property Asset Management, one of Singapore’s largest property and asset management companies.

As Head of Retail, Danny led the team to being the most respected retail consultancy & leasing team in the country. Through the course of Danny’s career with Knight Frank Singapore, the team build up a track record of over 80 retail malls locally and under 10 malls internationally. One notable project is Ngee Ann City which involved the firm providing consultancy and marketing advice to the mall and the management of Takashimaya retail department’s entry into Singapore.

During this period, Danny concluded several major Commercial and Hotel assets and land deals in both Singapore and Australia.
