Responsible for Velcro AP supply chain(Mainland China,HK,Australia,Vietnam): managing the procurement, supplies, Warehouse & Logistics, import & export, CS and planning services to meet standards by the company on quality, cost, and on time delivery.1. setting department Targets to achieve/meet the local as well as regional goals2. leading warehouse and logistics, including import & export control,Master plan, inventory、demand & forecast plan, production & material plan, SOP process owner3. Cooperate with group sister companies for supporting delivery plan and other requirement.Cross function work with Sales, Marketing, Production and QC departments;

Lead and direct greater China (mainland China,HK,Taiwan)supply chain teams in identifying, communicating and implementing supply chain strategies and management best practices with high EHS sense in all logistics activities: 1.Develop Policy and Procedures on Forecast, Demanding, Planning, logistics, warehouse, distribution, import and export, inter-company trading;Identify and anticipate the company’s immediate and future supply chain needs; 3. Establishing and implementing long term and short term goals and plans in supply chain; 4. Proactive co-ordinate with sales, plants and supply functions to ensure order fulfillment, goods delivery to customers on time and improve customer satisfaction on supply services;5. Extensive interaction with inter-companies / factories in China to improve operating efficiency.

Responsibility：To manage three APP plants in Kunshan of Logistics, Trade compliance, Daily Supply chain operation，process refinement/optimization, Purchasing, Forecasting, Demand planning, Inventory control, warehousing, and cost saving. Including:1.Supply Chain projects set up, daily hands on Supervision, build local teams, hiring & coaching & evaluating members, 2.FG and material Planning, material & service procurement, Inventory control, warehouse 5S, transportation, 3.Monitor & Ensure department annual goals, Budget, OTD targets. 3rd party supplier interviewing, Local authority connection, Interface with head office & sister companies.

To manage company Supply chain function of Logistics, Planning, Im/Ex, trade compliance, Transportation, Payment, L/C payment, logbooks, tax/duty exemption. Also Incl：1.Customs clearance of importing & exporting,Arrange domestic deliveries & transportation,shipping document accuracy; and Insurance policy; 3rd party logistics vendor control;LC Bank negotiation or collection, sight/time draft, T/T payment application2.Responsible for FG packing according to Customer’s different requirement3.Apply, maintain then reconciliation of logbooks; Avoid paying extra duty & VAT;Liaise with Local Customs & CIQ, and help Finance Dept to cope with Tax Bureau & Foreign Currency Administration;4.FG planning,contact designing dept for drawings, create W/O, pass Production folder & work order to Production Dept ;5.Review timely with other Depts for quality & OTD, And Services level of Supply chain issues, claims;Staff Hire, train, motivate, education & supervision, team building;

Directs and coordinates daily activities of purchasing, logistics, materials & products planning, inventory control and the sourcing of new materials and vendors by performing the logistics duties personally or through subordinates, and other department personals.
