I am passionate about values, building team culture, and helping to maximize the effectiveness of teams as it applies to their work. I have spent 12 years developing team culture, using resources that pertain to communication styles, identity, honor, and joy. I currently run the school that I co-founded and apply my skills to the various teams throughout the school. I also consult with other small businesses on communication and team culture. Here are some highlights from my story:- In 2011, I started a Christian school from scratch and it has grown to over 200 students and over 2 Million in revenue. - I have built a workplace culture around honor, empowerment, and joy.- I have completed and implemented various trainings on workplace culture, cultivating joy in staff members, and receiving divine strategies for workplace issues. - I also seek to live out everything that I teach so that I can teach by example.When I coach others, here is what you can expect:- I will help you understand the various personalities of your team and how this impacts how they relate to their work. - You will understand filter questions and needs that impact how your team communicates. - We will dive into understanding what your culture actually is vs what you think it is. - We will lesson drama on the team by adding role clarity and measurables for each position. - You will understand how to influence your team's culture so it is positive and productive. - You will gain resources on how to give productive feedback and how to handle conflict in healthy ways.Feel free to message me, I would love to chat.
