I am passionate about values, building team culture, and helping to maximize the effectiveness of teams as it applies to their work. I have spent 12 years developing team culture, using resources that pertain to communication styles, identity, honor, and joy. I currently run the school that I co-founded and apply my skills to the various teams throughout the school. I also consult with other small businesses on communication and team culture.
