I've remained in the fitness industry for nearly 3 decades to date. I have taken such roles as management and supervision, a regional PT mentor/trainer, lead fitness instructor, employed Personal Trainer and as a freelance Personal Trainer. I've worked with, professional athletes/footballers, celebrities, dancers, to office workers, drivers, rehab clients and children. I have written for magazines and worked in t.v for fitness programmes. I like to also integrate a holistic approach to training as I believe the body is driven as strong mentally as it is physically and this is your driving force.
