Working for one of the country's leading interior contractors with an annual turnover of around £15m, job role included the procurement of sub-contractors, procurement of materials, programming, contractual duties reporting directly to the managing director, full commercial duties including identifying variations, valuations & final account submission, surveying duties, estimating duties working alongside the senior estimator when help was needed and the preparation of all health & safety documentation.

Working for a small interior contractor with an annual turnover of around £400k where my responsibilities included estimating, the preparation of tenders from start to completion, the procurement of sub-contractors, procurement of materials, programming, valuations & final account submission, surveying duties and the preparation of all health & safety documentation.

Ordering materials and arranging the installation of different types of partitions and ceilings. I was employed to run and over see many different sites around the country. It was also my duty to oversee the daily office tasks whilst the Director was unavailable.
