Responsible for insuring FCC Emissions Compliance for multiple telecom carriers throughout the Northeast. Responsibilities include overall project management of yearly compliance audits, establishing and interpreting FCC emissions and mitigation standards and business development for compliance business unit. Key clients include T-Mobile, DISH and Verizon Wireless. Directing a team of 7 direct reports and 10 indirect reports to measure existing telecommunication sites and write zoning, landlord and client reports demonstrating compliance with FCC standards for RF emissions. Brought in Smartsheet project management software to replace legacy spreadsheets in order to scale the compliance division. The automations in the system saved the project managers time on everything from creating purchase order requests to assigning writers and reviewers. Worked with ArcSite to create an interface that allowed the technicians performing measurements the ability to log data on an iPad as opposed to a manual system that required them to sketch out rooftops with pen and paper. This system gave the writing team access to the digital data which they were able to integrate into their reports rather than converting the drawings into a Word document. Focus on business development by leveraging existing industry contacts. Screened and hired all new technicians performing measurements and writers who perform calculations and write reports. Involved in the sales of Idle Reduction System to first responders and bus companies.

Managed a team responsible for RF system design and optimization in Northern New Jersey during a time of unprecedented LTE data growth and competition, growing the team from 5+ engineers to 15+ engineers and several consultants to deal with record data growth. Established and cultivated an atmosphere of achievement and accountability by bringing in talented, highly motivated individuals and setting aggressive goals and steering the team to reach them. Oversaw issuance of thousands of network solutions designed to increase 4G LTE network capacity and oversaw design that added 4G LTE capacity to hundreds of macro cell sites. Solutions included new cell sites, targeted small cell deployments, in-building projects, and outdoor distributed antenna systems. Led team that provided a best in class wireless experience during Super Bowl XLVIII, held at MetLife Stadium in NJ. This included adding 4G LTE coverage and capacity to the stadium and additional venues associated with the Super Bowl plus supporting all pre-game, post-game and in game activities resulting in an industry leading customer experience for millions of fans throughout the day and event.
