Programmer with a strong object-oriented background, as well as lots of experience working on handhelds and phones.Lots of experience designing user interfaces. I believe it is a programmer's responsibility to ensure that the UI they create is good, whether or not they're provided with a good spec.I didn't believe in XP (extreme programming) until I tried it for myself and saw that it does indeed work. Although I don't often get to do real XP, I'm still a believer. However, I don't think it makes sense to try to convince people that XP is better with argument. You have to get them to try it and then they will see for themselves.I like to jump head-first into new areas occasionally so I keep learning. It's always hard at first, but it's worth it.Specialties: Expert at: Smalltalk, Java, C, and C++.Some experience with: JavaScript, MySQL, CSS.Expert at: Palm OS.Some experience with: Symbian S60.
