Managed a team of full-time employees and contractors for the eastern half of the US supporting Core, In-building, and CRAN builds for AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Regional Carriers. Build-outs involved the installation of power, fiber, and signal cabling, cable management, frame installation and support structure, DC power, GPS, and equipment installation/commissioning in Central Offices, Data Centers, Hubs, and Head Ends.

Led a national team of Implementation and Network Project managers supporting Ericsson OEM Core build projects for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Google, Telia and Regional carriers and managed services for Sprint. Sprint managed services consisted of multi-vendor equipment installation, superstructure and power installation, commissioning, quality control, and asset management. Key contributor in scoping, service driver costing/creation, and new tool development to allow the team to manage budget, schedule, dispatch, shift reports, shift interrupts, and change requests daily.

Managed installation & commissioning of Ericsson OEM equipment (CDMA, LTE, VOLTE) deploying teams of Field Engineers & Contractors throughout the country to support Sprint's Network Vision program (switch consolidation, new 3G and LTE switch deployment) and capacity growth projects as well as U.S. Cellular LTE deployment and capacity growth projects.
