Since Pivital's inception in 2014, our vision has been to be a trusted, high quality IT service provider with a strong management team who plans and deliver services with clients collaboratively, reliably and ethically. Our team has many years of IT and project management experience and we knew there was a better way to provide global IT service-- so we built a better model from the ground up.I personally was in a Program Management role for 6 years, myself and two other associates monitored the field performance of over 2500 service calls a month for a major printer manufacturer. Addressed any field issues and concerns to increase performance and earn additional revenue. Personally created a PowerPoint presentation being used as a program training guide for new technicians in the field.Vendor Management and Purchasing experience with RFQs to reduce spending costs, researching potential new suppliers for service parts, ordering and tracking service parts, monitoring both vendor and buyer performances. Extensive experience in Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), Access, PowerPoint, Oracle's Clarify/ClearVision software, and Google Mail and Sheet.
