Daniel started working at Sweco in a 20-week internship in 2011 and continued afterwards as a part-time student help during the remainder of his education programme.From his graduation in 2013, Daniel mainly worked with detailed design for large civil projects, including expansion and upgrade of 20km railway between Vamdrup and Vojens, 17 road bridge replacements on Lolland and Falster and a new grade separated railway crossing in Eskilstrup, 8.5km new motorway between Aulum and Tvis, as well as tender design and quantity calculations on several design-and-build tenders.Since 2015, Daniel has held the position of discipline design manager for roads at the design-and-build contract Fjordforbindelsen Frederikssund, which consists of 8km new expressway south of Frederikssund, of which 1.4km are located on a high bridge across Roskilde Fjord.In between the large projects, Daniel has further expanded his areas of expertise with project management and tender descriptions for minor and medium-sized civil projects.
