I am the associate director of market analytics for CoStar Group for South and West Texas. I oversee the firm’s coverage of the San Antonio, El Paso, the Rio Grande Valley, Lubbock, Midland-Odessa, Amarillo, Victoria, Laredo, and San Angelo CRE markets. I also cover College Station-Bryan, Killeen-Temple, and Waco in Central Texas. I previously covered Austin and Corpus Christi as well as the Tennessee markets of Memphis and Nashville, in addition to Jackson, Mississippi.My career in urban economics has spanned the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, working in the broader fields of planning, economic development, and real estate. I hold a master's degree in public policy from the University of Texas at Austin.
