Cherry St Level Crossing Project -Construction Stage Package Lead - CSR - RE Wall- OHLE Footing Installation - Civil Packages including Road, Pavement, Drainage, Traffic Signal and Public Lighting - Traffic Management Key Responsibilities:-Working with project manager, site supervision and subcontractors to complete work packages in line with established processes and high standards.-Managing cost control, cost to compete, monthly and weekly reporting-Oversee site works and be responsible for program scheduling, cost control and procurement.-Ensuring project deliverables meet with construction execution procedures, job safety and environmental assessment and integrated test plans-Management of multiple packages of works concurrently-Preparing, monitoring and updating production plans and working to weekly and monthly programs.-Manage RFQ process and participate in tender reviews-Managing variations, initiating and executing work to minimize cost ensuring they are in line with the forecasted revenue.-Leading people and processes.-Working with designer during design development stages and raising appropriate RFI in time.Key Achievements:-Completion of CSR on time and under budget -Completion of OHLE footings scope within a tight rail occupation window-Completion of RE wall in a short construction time frame and under budget-Successfully converting a roundabout intersection to a signalized intersection on time including road widening and associate civil work such as drainage, kerb, traffic signal , public lighting Etc .-Completion of civil package on either ends of bridge abutment

My responsibilities include installation/relocation of services, drainage, public lighting and traffic signal installation. At the later stage of the project, I involved in placement of road pavement and asphalt. At the later stage of the project, I am part of the project close out team which managing the QA and other related documentation and present it to the client to close out the job. I have work closely with our design consultant to populate as- built drawings and GIS model.
