Since my commencement with Qantas Airways as a Flight Attendant I have rapidly progressed through the ranks working across all cabins. My current category as Customer Service Manager recognises me as part of the onboard crew flying to long haul and short haul destinations around the network.I hold full responsibility for ensuring service excellence across all cabins and managing our customer’s in-flight experience to provide an exceptional journey that surpasses their highest expectations.My career highlights include being selected to be an ambassador representing Qantas world-wide on the Qantas Promotions Team which was a voluntary position.I have participated in Flight Attendant recruitment, assessing and interviewing applicants and offering recommendations for employment.Further I have been nominated on two occasions for an Excel Award, a companywide program that distinguishes remarkable achievement. My role as a Customer Service Supervisor was working as part of the onboard management team flying long haul.I had a shared responsibility for the total customer experience onboard and performance management of crew. Working alongside the Customer Service Manager I gave feedback on training development packages for crew and increased financial improvement through service and product change.This role groomed me for my current position of Customer Service Manager

Starting initially with Qantas subsidiary Australian Airlines, and flying with them for almost three years, before merging with Qantas. As a Qantas Flight Attendant I worked primarily throughout the business & first class cabins.My purpose was to provide superior levels of individual service and safety at all times while offering a contemporary dining and in-flight experience, ensuring our highly valued guests trip was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.The unique restaurant style dining experience allowed our guests to indulge in meals prepared onboard using the finest quality produce & ingredients at their leisure, with a thorough introduction to high quality Australian wines that we would showcase.

Nova was the largest private English teaching school in Japan employing approximately 15,000 people.Based in Tokyo, during my 18 month contract with Nova I taught English to Japanese students of all ages and levels through creating interactive learning environments.
