AVG, Kaspersky, Sophos and Sophos enterprise.• Managing Servers, Microsoft update, RRAS, DNS, Printer server BES 5.• Active Directory and Exchange 08/10• Creating network shares, DL, users and groups • Testing software before releasing live to company • Installing, adding /re-adding, troubleshooting printers• Blackberry email sync, BIS and BES • Tablet PC’s Email and handset set-up IMAP, POP and exchange services including IPad, IPhone,• Site visits, IE London, Nottingham, Amsterdam, Glasgow Ect• Meetings with Clients to discuss their needs and plan of route• Office365 engineer• On Call Monday - Friday 6pm - 7am one week in a month

• VMware responsibilities: Creating thin apps, running ESX vSphere on netapp storage system, VMware view 4.5 install, configure, manage, deploy VMware, VSphere and Microsoft vm technologies • VDI – virtual desktop Environment (Thin Client)• Training new Employees• Supporting team • Handling escalated calls• Hiring / interviewing new employees• Building and supporting Mac, vista and XP, Linux, windows 7, Ubuntu and VMware thin clients • Providing help desk support • Installing hardware, software and antiviruses. AVG. Kaspersky. Sophos and Sophos enterprise • Managing Cisco phones, direct numbers, new users, rebooting and services • Installing ILO • Arranging, running and maintaining meetings. • Active Directory exchange and exchange 2008, 2003 • Creating network shares, DL, users and groups, scripts, batch files, silent installs etc. • Installing, adding /re-adding printers, troubleshooting • Blackberry email sync, BIS and BES • IPad, IPhone Email and handset set-up IMAP, POP and exchange services • site visits, based in and around London Kent • Managing Servers, Microsoft update, Skype, Adobe Reader, Microsoft office .exe programs • On Call 6pm - 8am Monday - Sunday two weeks out of a month.
