➟ Counsel students on concerns about academic, emotional, or social problems targeting struggling students based on data resulting in a 98% graduation rate. ➟ Create connections and relationships with teachers, staff, and student families within the community – utilize Spanish-speaking skills in fostering these relationships.➟ Develop action and safety plans for students with the student services team of 14 members with a caseload of 300+ students per counselor.➟ Organize and facilitate Robinson’s local chapter of College Partnership Program which identified potential first-generation college students which resulted in each senior identified receiving at least one acceptance letter

➟ Demonstrated initiative by developing and coaching a robotics team to encourage STEM engagement for students.➟ Facilitate drug and alcohol prevention programs for the elementary level.Organize peer counseling and leadership programs.➟ Develop academic committees to improve learning conditions and collaborate with staff within the building such as leadership, principal advisory councils, and other academic committees such as literacy and STEM.➟ Additional duties include organizing, developing and inception of our school-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.
