Recruited by DFW Home Improvement Specialists to start a new product installation line for them. Contracted with Big Box retailer to install water heaters and basic plumbing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding areas. I was responsible for growing the business to a multi million dollar operation. Combining my expertise of customer service with sub-contract plumbers while satisfying a big box retailer had its set of daily challenges. I ran a fast paced, time sensitive operation with thousands of documented satisfied customers.
