I am skilled in the fields of neuroscience, psychological health, behavioural science and menopause. I work across a variety of industries, with diverse groups, from new graduates, to middle and senior leadership. Our well-being enables us to respond effectively to pressures, bounce back from setbacks, and find the strength to overcome adversity. It increases our capacity to communicate effectively and support ourselves and others. Often we can’t change our environment but we can choose how we respond to it. We can learn to respond skilfully in stressful situations, rather than reacting habitually.
