Managing deliveries every Monday and Thursday morning. Ensuring all new stock is on the shop floor quickly and efficiently. Keeping a clean and tidy stock room so all stock is easily accessible. Also ensuring that when the new styles come in the shop floor co-insides with head office marketing demands (i.e manikins, painting/decorating, props)

Dealing with customer queries on a day to day basis from delivery inquiries to in store incidents both over the phone and via email.
