I've been naturally curious my whole life. Which may explain why I've ended up with a wonderful professional life exploring two of my all-time favourite interests – the human body and healthy living.As an osteopath of 25 years (with a Masters in the field), I've lectured worldwide, taught and been a media spokesperson presenting on the many fascinating aspects of the human body – and benefits of osteopathy.Over this time, I've realised that:• people are simply too busy to invest the time to look after themselves• because we're always plugged-in and switched-on, we're more stressed today than before• most people want to be healthy, but don't know where to start. The truth is the body works in mysterious ways, influenced by the complexities of life, including the ups and downs. My role as an osteopath is to nurture the whole person and help them find balance, not just physically, but also mentally.In 2019, my quest to 'dig deeper' and investigate why we've overcomplicated health led me to create Be Curious by Nature.It's an online platform that uses curiosity as a guide to explore healthy living, how health hackers live, what they do differently from the rest of us, and what we can learn from them.My aim is to bring people simple life hacks to health in a way that educates, explores and entertains!
