My team and I work a bankruptcy from the moment a proof of claim is filed to the moment a customer’s vehicle is either paid in full, sold at auction after repossession or paid to completion within a confirmed plan. Upon my arrival at Nissan, I rapidly implemented procedures which cut company spending dramatically while reducing workload, decreased company exposure, and drastically increased accuracy. Streamlining combined with cutting edge use of bankruptcy laws allows me to consistently produce a quality product with tangible results.
