Raised in Minnesota, lived and studied in Boston for my undergrad in Economics with Boston College. At 22 moved to Santiago, Chile, where I have thoroughly enjoyed mastering Spanish, traveling around Latin America, and forming a beautiful family of three.Business Development:I have been fortunate enough to lead and consult for many teams around the region. For example, from 2018-2019, while with Education First (EF), I oversaw 5 remote teams comprised of 25 people and covering 16 regions throughout Chile, in which time we grew over 50%. Expansion projects of any type require flexibility, adaptability, tolerance for frustration and an ability to maintain focus on the end goal amid chaotic environments. Forming and motivating the correct team has been pivotal to this end – there is no problem the right person can’t solve.Multicultural and Multi-disciplinary approach:Sales, digtial marketing, and customer satisfaction management, finding innovative and multi-disciplinary ways to grow companies. Some important projects have been spearheading growth into B2G, SaaS, various international education initiatives, the Reseller Model and opening new geographic markets. Many of my teams have been remote, and comprised of vastly different cultures and backgrounds, which has been both challenging and valuable in reaching our goals.Education and Edtech:8 years’ experience in international education, managing products for high school students, university students and professionals. Expertise in the Edtech space leading projects with Ninja Excel to expand the reseller channel, open markets in Central America, implement the SaaS model and now opening the North American market.
