I've been fortunate to play a role in the transformation of financial services over the last 20 years. I was an executive at one of the original fintechs (Capital One) in 2003, started the first neobank in the U.S. (PerkStreet) in 2008, and created the first regional bank technology lab (Eastern Labs) in 2014.
