Managed a near doubling of appeal volume with only a token increase in personnel. One of three commissioners charged with administering an Office with ~142 employees responsible for reviewing a steadily increasing number of appeals culminating in a nationwide record 253,000 property assessment appeals during the 2019/2020 assessment appeal year.
