Start JudgeGill, London. I embodied the founding principle of this multi-disciplinary agency by initiating new things every day. My 360o role involved bringing together specialists in graphic design, digital design, environment design and motion design. Clients: Barclays, Adidas, Cunard, Dubai Airports.

Start Creative. I was the senior creative in London, responsible for raising standards in brand and digital disciplines at a time of international expansion for the agency. Clients: Virgin, Bentley, Comic Relief, IoD.

Start Design. I was appointed to lead a team of in-house writers, bringing brands alive with content across traditional and digital platforms. Clients: BBC, Royal Mail, COI, NHS/DoH.

I ran my own consultancy, working mainly on TV, radio and press campaigns. Employee Of The Month twenty times running. Clients: Lego, Rothschilds, Agatha Christie Estate.

I worked in a senior copywriter/art director partnership with the Creative Director. Clients: BSkyB, Virgin Cinemas, Virgin Megastores, Punch, The Disney Channel.
