CatalogIt is a cloud-based mobile and desktop application designed for documenting things, recording where they came from, who made them, where and when, what they were made of and how, what they were used for and by whom, and how they came to be yours- the stories of things. CatalogIt provides private collectors, artists, art dealers, museums, and community cultural centers with a comprehensive, easy to use, yet powerful system for cataloging, managing and engaging with their collections. As one of the founders of CatalogIt, I'm responsible for the app's content as well as client development and corporate operations.

Handled all compliance and back office functions of the firm’s broker-dealer subsidiary. Oversaw all client services functions for the Cypress Funds, including the drafting of all investor communications Managed the subscription process; reviewed and edited sales materials and literature; represented Firm at national industry conferences and in personal meetings with broker/dealer home offices and in key financial advisors’ offices. Periodically traveled with wholesalers to assist with presentations and to provide in-depth product and Firm knowledge. Served as officer of firm’s investment management affiliates; provided regular input to Fund management.

Managed investor services and transfer agent functions for firm’s public and private direct participation programs. Served as Principal and Compliance Officer for firm’s broker dealer subsidiary.Drafted investor communications including quarterly and annual reports and distribution cover letters; handled difficult or unusual individual investor and financial representative inquiries; managed subscription process for public and private offerings; reviewed and edited sales materials and literature; implemented new Supervisory and Compliance Manual; represented Firm at national industry conferences and in personal meetings with broker/dealer home offices and in key registered representative’s offices. Supervised a staff of seven.

Prepared and edited written communication with both institutional and individual investor clients of leading real estate investment advisory firm.Managed quarterly reporting process; prepared responses to requests for proposals; coordinated funding and distribution process for commingled funds and separate accounts; managed subscription process for securitized products; personally met with institutional investors and consultants to present updates, respond to inquires regarding current investments or to introduce new products; represented the firm and entertained clients and prospects at institutional investor conferences, including NASRA, NCTR, NCPERS and others. Supervised a staff of eight.

Planned and conducted archaeological surveys and excavations to determine site significance and potential eligibility for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places. Advised District staff regarding historic preservation law, NAGPRA, and the potential effects of proposed projects on historic properties.

Promoted soil conservation and improvement, safe pesticide use, apiculture, economic diversification and basic health issues. Formed a community health commission and laid the groundwork for a safe drinking water system. Launched anti-parasite campaign in local schools. Assisted in the planning and conduct of multi-lingual training sessions for both Paraguayan farmers and other volunteers. Acted as representative of local farmers to Paraguayan Government for various land title issues. Served as President of Volunteer Action Council.

Planned and conducted archaeological surveys and excavations to determine site significance and potential eligibility for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places. Advised District staff regarding historic preservation law and the potential effects of proposed projects on historic properties. Provided input regarding budget and logistical planning. Coordinated project work with other departments within the District, as well as with PG&E, Sierra Pacific Power Co., Pacific Bell, special use permitees, Native American governments and various logging companies. Trained and supervised crews of up to 19 people. Reviewed records and reports prepared by field crew chiefs.
