YBSI charged me with providing safe and reliable transportation of school-aged students to and from school, school activities, and sporting events. I was responsible for representing Yaeger Bus Service professionally while on the road and while waiting for activities to complete. This position requires self-assertion, strong communication and listening skills, the ability to write accurate, professional accounts of incidents for internal and police use, and most importantly, patience and compassion. Naturally, I complied to all DOT licensing, laws, and screenings at all times.On two occasions I was entrusted to transport newly acquired buses across state lines and return them to YBSI.
