I am a partner in our Core Commercial group, based in our Paris office where I head the Competition law practice. I specialize in French and European competition and distribution law. I advise major public and private companies, both French and international, on the definition and implementation of their commercial and pricing policies including restrictive trade practices and abuse of dominant position. I have also developed significant expertise in merger control, notably as regards the filings of acquisitions and JVs to the competent national or EU competition authorities My activities also include litigation before national and EU competition courts and authorities, as well as advice on State aid.My experience includes assisting, advising and representing: ■ international clients active in the defence, food, security, insurance, finance, automotive, media and recycling sectors regarding the notification and authorization of mergers with the competent competition authorities (French competition authority or European Commission)■ international clients active in different sectors (such as food, luxury or IT), for the definition, design and implementation of their competition compliance programs (online and face-to-face training)■ companies active in the distribution sector, for the establishment of their selective or exclusive distribution networks, particularly with regard to competition law issues related to internet salesRanked in the EU, competition and distribution section of independent guide Legal 500.
