A suite of software tools (like Terraform & Ansible) are used on operational activities that enables us to configure the infrastructure as code.

The team was accountable for providing support for network infrastructure and services, spanning IP, Transmission, Telephony, and Access technologies.Managed a cross-functional team working 24/7 shifts to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-quality broadband services to both business and residential customers, meeting strict SLAs/SLIs.

As a network architect for UPC Romania, I was responsible for the planning and design of the IP backbone network infrastructure. Under my technical coordination, the infrastructure was redesigned from scratch, and I introduced a new vendor as a core and distribution router, which led to improved performance and increased reliability of the network.My focus was on ensuring the high availability and readiness of the infrastructure to accommodate new services.
