Our practice focuses on government contracts and complex commercial transactions. I represent and advise federal government contractors and subcontractors on a broad spectrum of operational, compliance, and regulatory issues. My recent cases have involved identifying and resolving contract disputes, performing internal investigations, claims to the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO). I also counsel companies on business formation strategies and organizational schemes, including reviewing financial plans, drafting operating agreements, and other transactions involving government contractors.
