Reporting into the Regional General Manager, the role was responsible for delivering a comprehensiveHR function for a Region of 3,500 employees based across Europe, Middle East and South Asia. As a member of the Regional Executive Leadership team, contributed to the Board on all people related matters, ensuring the HR agenda is fully aligned with the strategic imperatives of the organisation.• Leading a team of 45 HR professionals, including HR operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. • Engaging with key stakeholders and staff communities to drive Group and Region change initiatives across the Region. • Driving the delivery of Talent Management programme across the Region, accurately assessing staff contribution, performance and potential levels.• Engaging and influencing the Regional Executive to enable them to make informed decisions with regards to talent, reward, succession, development and engagement.• Developing and delivering the Regional approach to remuneration, bonus scheme and other reward elements.• Leading the procurement and overseeing the management of the Life, Accident and Medical Insurance policies for the Middle East business • Driving the review of core HR operations, People processes, efficiencies, SLAs and quality of output.
