Working on a small team to manage, refactor, test and build features for HeatSpring's online learning platform. My team just recently designed a form that combined many form actions onto one page using Ajax. Experience includes writing and merging branches in Git, writing Active Record migrations, writing tests using RSpec and the Fabrication gem, rewriting routes, refactoring methods in model and controller files, altering database relationships and making interactive forms with Javascript.

Primarily worked at the computer help desk, as the face of the PSU engineering technical support: • Created accounts for users and dealt with account related issues, such as resetting passwords or verifying certain user permissions. • Handled tickets in a user issues ticket queue. Typically collecting detailed reports for the more senior staff to deal with the issue. • Dealt with idle computers, broken printers and general user problems.
