Execute all AX development initiatives and projects within deadlines. Translate functional challenges into business solutions. Collaborate with other employee owners to solve business challenges utilizing AX. Design and deploy all new features or customizations within AX. Including custom tables, forms, reports, dashboards, queries etc. Optimize performance of database and user experience. Assist the network administrator with setup, sizing, tuning and configuration of AX infrastructure. • Created development processes, functional design document templates, and trained coworkers on them. Managed the workload for the development team. Reviewed all work before assigning it to be sure that all necessary information was included. If it was not I worked with the on-site consultant and then sent notes from my research to the developer when everything had been answered. • Investigated code and data issues at all Sopris clients and provided fixes. Migrated code from one environment to another, from one layer to another. Backed up and restored databases, which provided quite a bit of experience working with, maintaining, and managing SQL databases.• Designed and implemented a data import engine that reduced the configuration and data migration phase of projects. Advantage over DMF was it’s simplicity as it did not require the user to know the table structure. The way in which it was created made it very easy to add new fields to any of the importers.• Designed and implemented cash flow forecasting functionality that allowed Sopris to more accurately and easily predict cash flow.

• Worked on standard product but also with more than a dozen customers implementing features unique to their business. These include integrations with PayPal, Paymentech, and Mercury payment services. Focus was primarily on payment processing, ledger postings, and account settlement. • The last several years have been spent working with a client to promote their 4.0 customizations to Dynamics 2012, designing and implementing new features, and managing other developers assigned to the project.
